Hi there....
I have a little Problem with Chessmaster 10 , all Patches (1.02 1.03 UK-Version )included.
Today i started a Ranked Play with Cassie 23 as opponent.After the Game starts i´m wondering about the Playingstrength from Cassie.I looked on the Gamestatus Window and there was Chessmaster displayed - not the chosen Cassie ...Why?
Can anybody confirm my notice?

This is known to happen with older versions of Chessmaster, but I don't think that someone would experience this with 10th edition.

Do you have Windows XP or Vista?

Where did you install the game? Did you install it on some other drive or partition than the one where Windows are installed?

I´m using Windows XP and Chessmaster is installed on the same Drive and same partition where Windows is installed...

Hmmm. Is the Cassie.cmp file (and others) in the

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Chessmaster 10th Edition\Data\Personalities

folder? Have you tried reinstalling?

Yes , all .CMP Files are in this Folder.
C:\Programme\Ubisoft\Chessmaster 10th Edition\Data\Personalities
Problem is not anymore occurred.I have tried to reconstruct....
Chessmaster was preset and then , in the Ranked
Play selections Menü , i scrolled down to the Name Cassie and have probably in my hecticness clicked under the Name. In this Case Chessmaster stays as Opponent correctly.When i
choose Cassie accurately the Name changed from Chessmaster to Cassie...It seems that the Prob
lem is solved obviously....
