I just got CM10 but the "built-in" tutorials fly by so quickly I can't see what they are saying. Is there any way to pause or slow them down? I did a search on this forum and couldn't find this particular issue being discussed.

No, there's no way to slow the tutorials down; just a 'Replay' button to repeat them.

You can go back and forth through the tutorials by entering the desired page number in the text box at the top of the window and then pressing 'Go'.
