A while back I may have dragged this aforementioned window to my 2nd monitor. Now whenever I choose play/setup position, it opens on my 2nd monitor, gets an error, and closes CM down. I am unable to drag it back to monitor one. Is there a way I can reset something to fix this?

Do you have all the patches installed? That would be the first thing to check. The 1.02 patch did fix some problems with dual-monitor support.

From there, I would reset the default layout. Go to the Preferences menu, select 'Layouts', and then 'Restore Default'.
