Hello. Mine cd the key consists of 25 signs. The program requests a key from 23 signs.
I cannot enter completely the cd a key. Tell please what to do?

Does your key start with CMX?

Like this: CMX-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Where the x's are the other parts of the key.

Because I've heard before of Chessmaster being sent with the wrong CD key with another one from Far Cry or something like that.

Yes, I seem to remember hearing something about this long ago...

You need to contact Ubisoft Technical Support. They should be able to give you the correct CD key.
