I am playing a game against Kris (1210), one of the profiles in chessmaster. We have 15 minutes to play. Kris was thinking for more than an hour for her next move, the counter just counted under 0. I think the problem is that i placed her in a situation where she loses a rook, whatever she would play. I want to finish the match, can i force her to play?

That does seem a bit long, what time controls are you using for the game?

If you're playing a Ranked game, you're going to have to wait it out. However, if you're in Training Mode (or Set Up Position), you can go to the Actions menu, and select 'Force Move'.

If you're just wanting to put things away until later, just adjourn the game... go to the Actions menu, and select 'Adjourn'. Then you can load and finish the game later.

Normaly it takes about 10 seconds before she play, now its more than 2 hours, force move does not change anything.
I am in training mode.
Chessmaster is using my cpu for 99% the last 2 hours, so i saved the game.

Check your time settings. Sounds like you are on infinite not 15 minutes.
