Hello,
I want to import in fritz my chessmaster's games in order to analyse them.
but when i import chessmaster's pgn in my fritz database, the move are strange and did not correspond of the game.
I look in the text file and it seems that fritz 11 mix english notation and french notation.
For example:
fritz pgn:

In Fritz go to Tools--Options--Language and set it to French. Probably you want to set the alternative language to English because most notations you will find are in English. Set the radio button to 'all'.

It's still the same it does not working.it's because my chessmaster's pgn are in french. fritz perfectly understand english pgn but french pgn, he don't like

Hmm, something must be wrong.
If I paste this:

1.e4 e5 2.Sf3 Sc6 3.Lb5 Df6

Fritz recognizes it and the notation is not in English.

I have found the answer in french forum. Chessmaster do not create a real pgn file, because a pgn file is only in english. so we have to convert it before use it in fritz.

this little software translate your pgn file (from must language) in pgn standart file.

Yes, standard pgn should be in English, but Fritz should still be able to read it if it is in one of those languages that are listed there. It does read Slovenian. Maybe only because the abreviations for the pieces (K, D, T, L, S) are the same as in German So it does read other notations too, just not French. It must be a bug or something (yes, Fritz has bugs too, not just Chessmaster )

Indeed, all softwares have bug because they are created by humans
