I feel kind of stupid but when I download the chessmaster 10th edition demo, and try to install it, an error doesn't let me finish the installtion. It's something about that the "Administrator" is not a valid user or group or something. I'm desperated!! Could you help me?!? I think it's error 1609... Thanks!!

I have the same problem because my installation of windows xp is in french, not english.
I guess people at ubisoft just wanted to adress english custommers.
I created a new account "administrator" member of group administrateurs (the french group for administrators), and restart the install, everything worked fine.
