I'm getting disconnected the game servers and gets a message that says my demo version of Chessmaster 10th Edition has expired! But I am using the FULL edition since 2007 and yesterday I was playing online without any problems.What is going on now? Please help!

This problem has reared it's ugly head before... If I recall correctly, it's something to do with the game servers (they were down for maintenance last Sunday). Try waiting a while.

If you're still unable to get online tomorrow, you can contact Ubisoft Technical Support... however, rather than submit a HelpDesk ticket via the web, I'd call them.

I also have this problem. I tried re-installing software, but still same problem. I'll try re-installing it later again.

You have to re-install it 9 more times. It is proven that it will work the 10th time. Guaranteed!
