I want to run the program without the hassle of always having the disc's in the drive. How do I do this please?

First step in doing this is that you read the post with CAPITAL LETTERS and a red exlamation mark next to it

Duely noted, I will consider myself slapped on the wrist.... I do feel like an idiot though because I downloaded the US version and it wouldn't install, came up with a Anim8.dll error which I also searched on and found another "doesn't anybody read the FAQ's" post... double whammy, I feel like I'm getting slapped around the park... anyway, I got it all running, but when I tried to run the program using Remote Desktop I get a 3D error message... guess I should check FAQ's by trolling through the tome of information... gee that really sounds like fun...

Don't you think you're being overly dramatic?

Had you actually spent a few minutes looking at the forum, you would have seen the Chessmaster 10th Edition FAQ... it's at the top of the thread list.

If you do want to call someone, you can contact Ubisoft Technical Support; but those of us who have called before can tell you it won't do much good.

As far as using Chessmaster with Remote Desktop is concerned; I'm pretty sure (but not 100% certain) that it isn't supported...

Do you want to say that you can't install either the US or the UK patch or are you saying that now that you have installed it you get an error?
