when i get to the ubisoft loggin, and put in my username and password, and click loggin, it just says The client is incompatible with the server. what can i do to fix this??

First, ensure that you have all the patches installed. You can find them here:

If you have the English version of the game, there are 3 patches. For UK or French versions, there are 2. You must install the correct version of the patches (i.e., UK patches will not work with US or French versions).

If you're still having problems, then it is probably your anti-virus or firewall software. Make sure you have the following ports open: 668, 40000 – 42999 for TCP, and 41006, 44000, 45000, 45001, 17110 for UDP.
