Could you please post this in English (for those of us who can't speak Portuguese)? Smile

Basically it's about nothing. Some guy supposingly managed to get CM4000 to work on WinXP, but doesn't have a clue how he has done it. Supposingly he tried 1000 times to run it without succes, but for the 1001 time it worked.

Probably Chessmaster got tired of displaying the same error message over and over again and decided to allow one game just to get him off of his back Veryhappy

KHollister, I don't know how to speak English... now I am using a translator. I hope it is not very bad.
ebutaljib: no. it was not only a game. I am in the third day playing in the chessmaster 4000. See a screenshot here where CM4000 "tied" with Deep Fritz. I used the notebook with CM4000 and the Desktop with Fritz10.

I didn't make anything!! the plate mother of my desktop burned... then I caught my notebook and I connected my backup HD, to look for some files that I was needing. At this time I saw the paste CM4000 and for curiosity I decided to play a departure. And it worked!! Me until I thought that it was because of the mouse USB that I was using in my notebook (my touchpad broke the cable flat, for that I started to use a mouse usb). Somebody had statement that when passing the mouse on the menus of the program he locked. And that happened with me in the past. As soon as my desktop was ready, I decided to test CM4000 in him, this time using a common serial mouse... and it also worked! The old message of "CM4000 was caused a presence flaw in module CW.DLL in 0003.07D1. " he/she didn't appear! And not even the message "There have been the malfunction in the 32 bit chess engine... " he/she didn't also appear! Everything worked certain. I am here thinking that maybe one of Windows XP'S updatings corrected the problem! I always update my XP.
