I was playing against a personality and the game ended up with me having a rook and a knight and my opponent having a rook. I tried in vain to figure out a way to checkmate. I set up a board position of this endgame with CM vs CM and it just made ridiculous moves, even though there is a KRNKR file in the EGDB. Is this endgame a draw? Or is it a win in over 50 moves? If the latter is the case, is there a setting where I can relax the 50-move rule?

Yes, I set up a KRNKR endgame with kings in normal position, white rook and knight in corners on back row, and black rook on black's back row but one file over from white's rook. CM then proceded to quickly make nonsensical moves for a little bit and then drew by repitition. Since CM moved so quickly, I think it knows it's a draw (at least within 50 moves); because when I set up 5 man endgames that CM doesn't know, it takes a while to think before making the first move, and also makes reasonable moves.

Here is the start of the endgame from my game:

8/8/8/5R2/5nk1/8/6r1/4K3 w - - 0 59

Here is the whole game if you want to see it:
