I just recently received my CM 9000 for my Mac and each time I try to install it, I receive an error:
The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in "JWAudio.dat" could not be read or written. (Error code -36)

I have tried 3 times and each time this is where it receives the error. (There are 31 items left to install at this point.) I have plenty of space on my drive so that is not the issue. Any help that could be provided would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Mike

That error would indicate that you have a dirty, scratched, or bad CD... something that's not very likely, but it can happen.

If cleaning the CD doesn't help, I would suggest exchanging it for another.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, after cleaning twice, I still was not able to get the program to install. It still jammed up in the same space so I guess I'm going to have to send it back to Amazon.
