I just recently received my CM 9000 for my Mac and each time I try to install it, I receive an error:
The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in "JWAudio.dat" could not be read or written. (Error code -36) I have tried 3 times and each time this is where it receives the error. (There are 31 items left to install at this point.) I have plenty of space on my drive so that is not the issue. Any help that could be provided would be appreciated. Thank you, Mike |

That error would indicate that you have a dirty, scratched, or bad CD... something that's not very likely, but it can happen.
If cleaning the CD doesn't help, I would suggest exchanging it for another. |

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, after cleaning twice, I still was not able to get the program to install. It still jammed up in the same space so I guess I'm going to have to send it back to Amazon.
