The error happens when you edit your custom profile entries. I had to create another account due to getting the system error.

Main account - Skinny801

Here is the URL after the error is generated.
http://ubbx.ubi.com/OCServer_US.aspx?ACTION=ERROR&ERROR...9246%27+for+key+1%27

the error: System Error

From the looks of the error, it's creating a duplicate table in the SQL DB for the user profiles.

Check the SQL Error logs, should be located in the /cache/ dir on the server.

ive been getting "system error" for like 2 months now with my old name, once it started happening, i made a new acocunt, and it hasnt done it since, but it still is pretty annoying.

What will need to happen is once the SQL Error log is reviewed, it will list each profile that is generating an error. They will need to go into each profile and remove all entries in the Private Fields. They may need to modify the Custom Profile Fields to either not allow entries, or remove them completely.

I've fallen victim to this error as well, this is the third account I've had to make since my original one failed yesterday, as the next two gave the "system error" when trying to log back in.
It seems to be only the log in on the English forums that's giving the trouble, as my original one still works fine on the Ubi home page, and I can get on the German and French forums ok too, in fact I can still use it everywhere at Ubi apart from the English Forums.
It's definitely something happening with the profile updates, this one seems to be still working because I didn't enter the same details as the others.

YES! it is the profile update that causes the problem, I asked one of the mods I know if someone could edit my original profile, and as you can see, it worked. Big Grin

i dont know if this is anything you added but when i login at the home page i get a box that opens up with smokeing **** that looks like cigs or plane crash or what ever......all i know is it is very annouying it was never there when i first registered.....

Goto Ubi Support page: http://www.ubi.com/us/support/default.aspx

Click 'Manage your UBI account' under Support Options.

Login with the user ID you are having trouble with.

Change the email on the account and click Submit.

Finished.

This worked for me I hope it helps others! Thumbs Up

Maybe, a Mod can help me delete some of these accounts.

Yes, I had the error, and I could not, under any circumstances, access any forums. I was forced to create a new profile: bamateis1991.
My old one was: amateis19991.

I didn't work until today, when the other account, BIGhit_NY got the "server error" message as well.
