I put it in my sig as a joke for my response to the "A New Hero" thread. Tacamo told the new guy it was the, "World Economics and Stock Investment" forum. I rolled with it, since I figure that anyone announces their memebership by calling themselves, "A New Hero" deserves to get at least a little bit of a hard time.
