ok I downloaded and installed the Atitool to overclock my Sapphire x1650 pro to see if I will get any better performace on RVS. Well I did a little but now my PC will restart autmaticly ramdonmly. I got more cooling but it still does the reboot. So my question is:

Could I or is it possible to undo-overclock of a card? Maybe uninstalling the atitool or is there any other option?

Before I try this I never got any ramdom re-starts.

AMD Athlon 1.7 gs
Saphire x1650 pro - 128- 512mb

I think ATItools has a button to reset to default doesn't it?

When you overclock, you really need to increase fan speed.

I just had a factory O/C'ed 8800GT with the same problems you describe.
I used Riva Tuner to increase fan speed to 80%.
Temps dropped from 91c under load to mid 60's.

This toll gives you complete control of everything and you can setup different profiles for different conditions.

Go to guru3d.com. They have a step by step guide to adjust your fan speeds. The guide deals with a eVGA 8800 GTS card. I have a 8800 Gt card and it worked good with my card.I set it at 60%,80%,and 100% and you can hear the fan change speeds.I see you are using a Saphire X1650 pro card. I am not sure if Riva Tuner will work with your card or not.Good luck. If it doesn't work Lethal is the go to man. Sorry Lethal....lol. Though you may have to wait, I think he is out of town.
