Why doesn't Ubisoft collect information about it's games in a knowledge based management system?
Using the forums as the main method to collect feedback from the users, seems unprofessional and out of date.
You could collect more accurate information in a sql database. Using drop down menus, you can steer the user to the area of the game they are having problems with.
Don't you have some Database programmers laying around there?
