Are you referring to the entire Rainbow 6 series or a game in the franchise? The first two Rainbow 6 games predate SWAT3 (Rogue Spear by a couple months) and the first two SWAT games were a different kind of game entirely. Of course, the latest Rainbow games have gone from being something truly different to being just like everything else on the market.

Unfortunately or fortunately, the SWAT games are funner than the current B@stardization of Rainbow.

SWAT4 was a superb game, though the expansion pack could have been more substantial. Unfortunately for fans of that series, Irrational moved onto Bioshock. Though given how good that game is, I'd say its a fair exchange

I absolutely hated SWAT 3, but SWAT 4 was definitely one of the better games I have ever played.

Tazering your friends at spawn into submission has to be some of the best laughs I've had on an online game. Pepperball gun wasn't too bad either. Problem with that game, if I remember correctly, is that there was no real anti-cheat for it? We had the only admin utility out for it but dropped the game because of all the cheats a few months after it's release.
