Why doesnt Red Storm smartin up and remake the best game they have ever created for PC called Rogue Spear. The game was out in 1996 and people still play the multiplayer on Gamespy. It would be unbelievably popular again with a ton of people playing it. Please let me know if you guys know of any designer emails or whatever so we can ask why the let such a legend of a game just go to waist without remaking it.

Actually Rogue Spear came out in 1999. Unfortunately, some of the key members are no longer with RSE such as John Sonedecker, who has since opened his own studios. The good news is, he is designing games similar to R6/RS/GR but even deeper in depth.

Well, seeing as to how they are Ubisoft now, if they "remake" Rogue Spear, it would be turned into some really dumb arcade shooter... like all of the R6 games Ubisoft have made...
One thing I do respect about Ubisoft, you can be honest and criticize them in their own forum and you won't get unpaid mods on a powertrip all over your ***. Ubisoft has nothing to counter criticism with! When is the last time they released a fully tested .. finished game? Or stayed around long enough to fix and finish one after release?? Vegas 2 was dropped after a few short months!! |

The R6: Vegas games are such crap! My friend just got Vegas 2 for his Xbox, and it's so dumb! lol.
Your characters make stupid useless remarks, joking around, talking crap, while on a mission... I mean, seriously, what happened to radio discipline? Enemies spawn over and over and their bodies disappear after they die, and the weapons they drop magically stand up on the ground like old games where you can walk over weapons to pick them up, lol. The final nail in the Rainbow Six coffin was the boss fight in the last level of Vegas 2. That sealed their fate as being crappy run 'n' gun games as far as I can see.

I especially love the cut scenes where you stand there watching someone talk to you while waving a loaded gun around just so they can have their movie-style speech before they are killed. In real life, the second that gun raised, they would be gunned down...
