It could be both, since they're two seperate rating systems. PEGI is advisory though, while the BBFC is legally binding, (on stores at any rate). Haze FAQ - please check first if you have a question about Haze.

I doubt it, considering it's already got a BBFC certificate. I don't think they can avoid using it if it's been rated by them. The PEGI rating will probably be used in the rest of Europe. EDIT: I just got an email about the new Haze Experience, and the Haze ad has the BBFC certificate attached - looks like it's the '15' then. Haze FAQ - please check first if you have a question about Haze.

Yes - the BBFC rating system runs like this: Uc, U, PG, 12A, 12, 15, 18. 12A requires adult supervision, and from there up you need to be that age or above to buy or watch. Haze FAQ - please check first if you have a question about Haze.

I hate the fact that parents are so detached from their childrens lives that non-governmental (or in the UK's case...maybe they are), institutions are created using a very very very very closed minded snapshot of the common populace as overseers of what people can and cannot get their hands on. Pretty sad honestly.
