I just updated via the patch, and now when I try to continue a saved game, it says I dont have any. I checked the saved game info on ps3 and it's there, but the game wont see it. Any idea on how to bring the saves over?
OK not to worry while the game has seem to forget your check points after patch it did not forget how far you got or what level you last finished. Example: lets say you just finished boa bridge on extra hard, Under level select it will let you pick the next level at extra hard even thow you did not complete the campaign yet. If you look under level select under this condition you will see 4 stars under boa bridge but only 1,2 or 3 on the remaining levels depending on what level campaign you original finished it on. Simply go to the level you last completed and all will be fine. CJ

It's a patch, what do you expect?
This patch may have changed a single checkpoint in the game, and thus needed to remove your game data just incase it becomes corrupt - you'd be QQ'ing even more if that happened.
Yes it is a patch. Patches are supposed to fix things that are broken, not break something else. Yes I can go to level select and pick the last spot I finished and start all over again but that is a half baked workaround. I've seen many, many games get patched and break the save, but at least most of the time you get warned so you know what to expect.
After the auto-install, please go into “Select chapters” to continue your campaign. You will then start from the beginning of the last level you reached in the game.

HEY I feel your pain my freind just did Boa bridge on extra hard and had a horrible time at the end of the level where you have to blow up the bridge. Problem is you have a time limit at this part and are on 1 or 2 shot kill so you cannot really take your time, it took him 6 hrs and lots of dying to get past this part and then he ran an update and had to start at the beggining again on Boa bridge. I went over and helped him out to get past this part which is quite challenging. I played all the way through on extra hard and this is one of the 2 times I died on. So yes it should have some warning or had some way to back up but then again backing up bad data is not a good thing. Other games like Resistance or COD4 update fine, just goes to show someone dropped the ball not only on this game but its update or patch. I still like the game even given all of its faults and will probably drop it soon but hey where can you get any entertainment for at least 70 hrs for 60 bucks at least thats the way I look at it. Yes resistance was played over a 100dred times, COD4 at least 70 times and most likely Haze will max out at 5 times so goes to show you the low draw back and lack of interest in Haze for me. CJ
Same thing happened to me. This is retarded. The saved game is there taking up 4.5 MB but I can't use it. I lost all save data. I am so sick of this stupid game. Waste of $60. Wish I had my receipt so I could return it.
