The problem would have to be w/ the router because I have a Netgear WG612 v8 and don't have any problems w/ online

it ha nothin 2 do with the routers i have no problemswith any gamesand i do with this just likei did with RSV2 thay said it ws the routr then thay brught a patc out and it worked its just alame excuse

I would be the game compatibility w/ the router because I have no problems with any game w/ my router.

Its not the router. The online server is split in two. People who are in one server cant play people who are on the other server. That means clan mates and friends cant play with each other unless they were fortunate enough to be added to the same server. I think they are working on merging the servers so everyone can play with each other, but there is no date given for this.

Besides, the whole point is both versions should have the same features. Period. No good reason for one to have more attractive features(or questionably better marketing value) and then not take the obvious step and put out an update to add said features to the early version.

If they brought out a game on PS3 w/a bunch of blantantly obvious player-requested options but brought out a limited version on 360, 360 fanboys would be crying to their mommys about it.

Goes both ways. its only fair, and it makes good business sense. otherwise these guys (devs) just end up looking like they have favoritism shoved up their A$$ from micro$haft. I don't know about you, but gaming or otherwise, respect plays a big part in whether or not I buy someone's product.

that's really unfair now, 360 gets every thing we get plus more, besides the COD series Xbox owners have never embraced PC native shooters, this will be the end of Unreal, o and they also get a feature that has been requested 1000+ times for the PS3. How much you bet Epic will also allow PC and 360 users to play online against each other, which was a promised feature for the PS3. Epic stop giving Microsoft a hand job.

EDIT: it's cheap w/ the split screen, the PC has a mod for it, and Epic refuses a PS3 patch w/ a split screen mode, this is going to make the 360 version appeal to more console gamers, and of course they are going to think they get a map creator to in the package, (no offense to any 360 owners, I just know a lot of idiots who think that the 360 gets features like that.)

EDIT 2: lets not forget the promised Mac OS X version of the game and the Linux client, that Epic has had finished most likely for a while, and have yet to put out the versions (eheem... Microsoft!!!)

Anyways, choice makes democracy. Can you are argue against that?

I hope you're not only getting this from the outdated link I posted above. While its a good example of when he renigged on the whole MOD statement, its not really a full-on statement of why.

Maybe if you actually clicked on the link & read the article, you'd understand that the Mod support had nothing to do with whether or not Micro$haft would allow it, and more to do with compatibility, etc.

Or maybe, if you had read the article @ that link, you would have read this direct quote from Mr. Rein:

----"We're still trying. We're working with Microsoft to try to figure out how to support it, but regardless of what happens, mods will play a part somewhere along the line. We'll make sure we get a fair share of mods working. We'll figure that out."----

And wadda ya know, people are always complaining that its unfair to pit PC vs 360, as PC players tend to have an advantage using a keyboard & mouse. (which I understand considering the lethargic movement of Halo on 360 when you try to turn quickly and end up dead).

I'm desperately trying to find a clip of music from HAZE. It's the little epic bit that plays whenever you give yourself a dose of nectar. Is there anyway the devs can upload that clip, or provide a link to a partial OST of the game? If not, who would I have to contact?

Feedback:

The AI sucks. They get in your way and also their talking so much is WAY too repetitive it ticks me off. Whoever did this was not good, Frown Made the game terrible when the AI talks and says the same dang thing over and over and over and over.

The sound is broken when you shoot and during cutscenes specially the last couple where skincoat talks, it's totally messed up. please fix this in an update asap.

other then this i thought the game was pretty cool.
