If you read issue 100 of the magazine you'll know that as well as giving us the skivvy on TimeSplitters 4, Free Radical boss Dave Doak also told us that if we could drum up enough support, they'd remake TimeSplitters 2 in HD.
We've already had over 50 emails, but that's not enough; send a mail to us at psm3@futurenet.co.uk with the subject 'Splitters HD' to show your support.
Or, if you're feeling particularly enterprising, set up an online petition or blog to plead the cause.
Imagine classic Splitters 2 multiplayer, but online with sexified HD visuals.
We're also creating a Facebook group, so join the PSM3 group (search for 'PSM3' in groups) for a link and more information about the campaign.
Together, we could make it happen.
C&VGAlthough this isn't about Haze, it will be of some interest to the community, so it can stay open for now. Personally I'd love to see it, and I expect most other PS3 owning TS fans would too, but Haze is coming a lot sooner than this is, if it ever happens... I would buy it for sure. no doubt about it. Im in this project all the way.ts 2 is still my best shooter ever, have it in hd would be the best getting better.

as much as i love TS2 (and i do), id rather them focus on making TS4. im sorry, but ive been waiting for TS4 since i was playing TS3 online, and any delay in getting it, for any reason, just isnt worth it to me.
to be truthful, my first thought when haze got delayed last Nov was " that means TS4 got pushed back"

Sure... or if they want to squeeze another parody in, they could bring out TS4 as a new game in "The [insert TS related joke] Box" with TS2 and FP as well. *drools at the thought*

Guys, is there any news on this? As a huge fan of the TS series, I'd love to see this and it would make picking up that PS3 for Haze even more inviting!

I presume it's not something we would hear about for a while yet, since FRD will have to gauge the reaction and make a decision one way or the other. Maybe the next issue of PSM3 will comment on it. (There are plenty of other reasons for picking up a PS3 though - GT5P, MGS4, Uncharted... ) Haze FAQ - please check first if you have a question about Haze.

True, Uncharted looks cool. Same with Resistance, but no Legacy controls in that one  Anyway thanks for the info.. I was just wondering because this thread went quiet.
