First off, why was my last thread locked?

Second, is anyone else having problems with Play.com not taking their order? It takes a day to take payment, a day to pack it, a day to dispatch it and 2-3 days to reach me, but my order hasn't even been taken. What worries me more, is that I've been made to pay for it, and I can't cancel my order or I have to pay an £8 surcharge.

Really ticked off now, seeing as how I've paid for a game I may not ever recieve.

I suspect the correct people to be asking about this would be Play.com

It wouldnt be dispatched until the 23rd anyway...

Oh and my mate ordered off PLAY.com because he thought he would get it a day early (as most people do.. haha) and he never received it..

i wouldnt trust play.com personally too many people been screwed by them
