I'll be recruiting starting from the top down. I need experienced players with great attitudes and a willingness to help others. My first recruits also need to be diplomats/ambassadors. Even temperaments are a must! These first recruits will be leaders.

We will have a code of conduct. And everyone will abide by it. But in the end, it's all about fun, friendship, being competitive and gaming with like minded people who just want to play. Here is the official code of conduct in the Black Label website:
Black Label Rules and Guidelines


No cheating – This means glitching and/or lagging on purpose. If seen by a leader you may be cut immediately.

No disrespecting a fellow clan member ever -- We're here to build up, back up and make each other better. We always say good game to each other and our opponents.

We always report a loss -- If a major issue of cheating by the opposing team is occurring we will leave and issue a ticket. Otherwise we report the loss directly after the game. Not the next day.

We take the high road at all times -- If a clan member or another clan/individual is causing trouble, report them immediately to a member of the leadership. Don't belittle yourself by getting involved if you can possibly avoid it. If it is absolutely necessary notify a leader of the issue. We will back each other up always.

Respect the chain of command -- In gamebattles listen and follow directions. Generally a leader will be in charge of a particular GB or one will be assigned. Follow this rule and you to could soon be in the chain of command.

Be proactive – Register and post in our forums both on myres and our private forums. Share ideas and strategies. Look for potential recruits or gbs and notify a leader.

Speak up – If there is a problem I can correct it. I won't be able to if I don't know about it.

Act mature – No matter what the age. While it's fun to chatter and be crazy and sing realize it does annoy people. When it's time to be serious be serious.

Do not ask for a leadership role -- Earn it by following the guidelines and being a team player. If you shine, the leaders will notice.
These rules are here to help guide us through while being attentive to any problems that may arise. I'd suggest that if you have a guideline or rule issue or addition speak with a leader or post it. Everyone here has equal say. We all will shape this clan into whatever we want it to be. Remember that we will hold ourselves to a higher standard than others and will show and prove what can be done if your motives and desire to succeed or on point with your team.

Lastly, tryouts? If I know you and you're my friend already, then your golden. If not and you're interested send me a buddy invite. We'll goof around play a couple customs for fun and just get to know each other and if the fit is right, I'll send you the invite.

Any questions let me know. Any flames bring it on! I read through this and it looks horrible but ask around. Anyone who knows me and parties with me usually has some fun.

Looks like a nice clan, but I'm already in one.

am i the only person who think clans should be made AFTER the games comes out? i mean most people will be wanting to play the game themselves for a while and then they may consider being in a clan IMO.

While your opinion is appreciated, Black Label has 70 members or so right now. On this particular game we already will have 10 players. This is just a meeting spot and if someone is looking for an established, fun clan in a few, we'll be here. Thanks for the input though.

If you're looking for some skilled, fun players check us out. If you have RFOM, COD, UT3, Team Fortress, WH, or Vegas and want to see what kind of team we are let me know and we can shoot you a party invite. TF, WH and Vegas are just "fun" games for us though. We compete in the others.
