Assuming it has a level editor (I hope it does) it should be able to save and load levels to and from USB/flash devices.

As well as a PSP version of the level editor with the ability to work one levels co-operatively over wifi. I'd prefer a native PSP one, it shouldn't take much to port it since it would be just like porting it to any other system. If not, just enable the use of the level editor over remote play.

Maybe include Texture importing from the pictures folder on PS3/PSP?
