I'm not sure if many of you are aware, but Haze came out recently for the Playstation 3, which I just recently obtained. It is fun as hell, I especially like playing as a mantel trooper in multiplayer due to their kick-asstic appearance and mantel's depleted uranium shell firing weapons and there trademark nectar. But what really makes this game stand out is the two types of game modes-on one hand you have the professionaly armed and trained mantel global industries army who has (or atleast I think) replaced the united states military and is moving in to cleanse (or so it seems.) South America of the infamous Gabriel 'Skin Coat' Merino leader of the Promise Hand Rebels/Guerillas. While the shooting is rather normal, it deserves to be rated higher than games such as Halo 3. The A.I. has been very good for me-except for a few instances on the Land Carrier in MP where many of them attempt to go up a ladder at one time, the graphics are gorgeous though sometimes it is hard to not stare at the mantel troopers hexagonal shoulder pads which sometimes hurts eyes, also bots should-in my opinion-should be able to join your squad (atleast three bots) outside of the main story so you can get em' on a BoxCart and run down the highway getting into vehicle-on-vehicle combat with rebels besides in human MP.

I've had zero-to-none of the reported texture popping issues, though I think some people get this confused with draw distance. Overall the game is great, not GTA:SA great, but still it is worth renting and than you go from their. I personally loved the thing to where I would play it any chance I got, hell I can't play Rainbow Six Vegas 2 on my PS3 anymore without starting to doze off because it is so fun-but this is my opinion, it is all up to you.
