Number 1, getting hit so easily by a car in GTA 4 has nothing to do with the set animations put into the engine. Number 2, GTA 4 has fantastic animations for a game with such depth and scope. The fact that FRD couldn't achieve that sort of animation level in such a restrictive and linear FPS is comical.

I don't know why you are defending this poor game so ardently. You are either a raging fanboy, a plant, or perhaps even worse mentally deficient. What I am assuming is that your some 12 year old kid who saved up his allowance for a really long time, consequently used that money to buy Haze and as a result feel an inherent duty to defend your purchase because you are unable to cope with the reality that you spent your hard earned money on a coaster masqerading as a PS3 game.


People didn't drop four to six hundred dollars on a PS3 for terrible graphics and mediocre gameplay thats why gamers and reviews are pissed off with Haze.

Whats your case anyways? Have you played GTA 4 or are you one of those attention seeking whores who goes against the grain and says that it sucks like this trophix dumbass? Just by popping in GTA 4 and looking at the sheer size of the environments you can see the scope of the game. Not to mention the game play campaign is roughly four to five times as long as that of Haze. Some of the missions might be repetitive, however, the quality of the voice acting and story more than makes up for this. The addition of multiplayer also retains the gamers' interest. Like Duvall says at the end of your beloved game, when 99 out of 100 people act a certain way that way is the norm. As of right now the collective norm agrees with my opinion over yours.

Jesus settle down, i can see you're majorly in love with GTA, i was referring that it does not have an in depth story or anything, yes i have played it and its got great gameplay, but the story is not, which is what i interpretted as scope. You could not be referring to the bashing of civilians and shooting **** (which i'm not saying is bad) is the scope right?

That is, the "gangsta's" at my school who only play it because they find it fun to go around and bash people with clubs. Again, do not take offence, this is about 60% of the people who like GTA, not nececcarily you.... (maybe)

i liked GTA4 a lot... the story wasnt exactly the best one of the series though..

only thing that was soo annoying is that when you jump out of a vehicle/ get hit by a car... your body rolls on for several miles losing health all the while... so basically to get out of a car and get away from police you have to stop completely.. which is hard when your car is on fire.. then on cops n crooks online your doomed because by the time you stand up you been rammed into... -.-

wow this guy is a idiot, wait till MGS4,battlefield, socom, littlebigplanet, killzone 2, resistance 2, motorstorm 2, and serious this is the only exclusive that wasnt that great, and also the reason GTA4 wasnt good for us b/c microsoft paid 50 million for exclusive content and rockstar also got rushed into putting the game out, in my opinion they werent even done with the game. What funny is that ppl blame Sony for this when IT THE DEVELOPERS of the game u morons. Resistance:FoM is still the best game on ps3 and that is a launch title, i said it once before and ill say it again XBOX BLOWS!!!! will see at E3.

I agree with trophix1.....1 thing....COD4 is really not as advanced as you think...limited body movement....no cover system ....can't change perspective on soldier....i agree with you that HAZE and COD4 are fun......but I have to disagree about COD4 using ps3's full power( I don't think so).....try METAL GEAR SOLID 4....when it comes out....i call that using PS3'S full power!!!!!!!
