i have used play also as i do for most games and i have had some problems as it took a week to tell me i put something wrong into the billing adress so i will get it late also:/ but it says dispatched in 24 hours not that you will recieve it in 24 hours just to get it ou there.

my mate ordered gta4 off play.com and it never came...

he kept saying to me "ill get it day early hahah" .. im like.. eh... neh!

Well I ordered mine 2 days ago off play.com and it was sat in my house s morning.
Great game too.

I ordered HAZE a while ago from play.com.. and it didnt even deliver today.. it was dispatched yesterday.. thats f***ing bs! ppl get it today when they preordered it like 2 days before it was relised and i preordered mine before xmas! screw play.com..

game.co.uk beautiful place even got mine a day early but they still havnt deliverd my special edition tin box with it

i have always recieved my games on release day from play i even got fifa the day before release(dont flame me for not playing gay evolution soccer lol)nothing wrong with play

They dispatch the games with 24 hours but then it takes another 3-5 days delivery. Luckily I got mine today which is only 2 days from dispatch.

i have ordered all my games from play(14)never had a problem. you must order early.simple

Perhaps the game ran out of stock so you had to wait? Like the person above, you should order early.
