hmm... shiit ! haze is very good game.. but the shiittt problem !! Connect to failed with demon-ware ?!! what does mean that ?

Any chance for an update on when a patch will be out to fix the stats saving.

I've had problems with not connecting to Demon-Ware, my game freezing more than ps3 games should, and being disconnected all of a sudden. Most importantly for me though, are the stats not saving. If my stats saved for most of my games, I wouldn't be surprised if I was in the top 20, maybe higher for some of my stats, or on the leaderboards. In fact I have an example. I was playing a ranked P.O.W. map as a rebel, and for fun I just stayed in the prison the whole time killing guards. I got 25 kills in a row, and 40 some melee blasts. When I looked at my stats, I was ranked 20 for melee blasts. The next day I log in it says I have 3 melee blasts.

I was able to resolve the problem with HAZE not connecting to Demonware simply by:

taking the game out and rebooting the Playstation3.

You may just have to take it out and put it back in?

I believe it is a glitch in the networking software for HAZE itself. HAZE has issues causing it to freeze online too. I reset my router and checked my port settings everything was in order. Playstation 3 itself is connected with no issues to the net. I pray FarCry 2 does not share these bugs.

Just to clarify, I believe taking the game out and putting back in did the trick. I had rebooted the Playstation 3 multiple time without removing the game and it continued to have issues connecting to Demonware.

didn't work. then again I've only had the demomanware problem once

took game out and tried again. worked eventualy just wish it didnt take so long to tell u it cant connect. still keeps freezing on ocasions though.these bugs are anoyiny cos great game when working. im currently 145 on swamp deathmatch leaderboard. trouble is i havnt even played that map yet.

alright i've only just started playing the game again cause i enjoyed the online play but i'm getting really frustrated with being logged off suddenly, or it saying lost connection with demonware or something like that, and it only seems to be when i get into my rhythm too can anyone tell me if they've released a patch to fix it yet?

it isnt because it needs a patch. ubisoft would rather let other games like call of duty hog the servers and thats when the servers start acting up. btw it makes no difference how many times you reboot cuz it just a matter of waiting and seeing when it lets you on. sometimes i cant get on and other ppl can but you just have to wait it out.

The blocky graphics issue you see isn't related to your online connection. It's just that the hi-rez textures don't always immediately load at game start, so all you see is the low-resolution textures instead.

Unreal Engine 3 based games do this as well, such as Gears of War and Unreal Tournament 3. (Haze doesn't use UE3, but these are examples).


For the record, since I enabled security on my wireless connection, I haven't been able to get on ANY of my online games, either PC OR PS3!
