In Splinter Cell 1 there is a wall mine that cannot be DISABLED it always goes off! It is the one next to the two hackers you are suppose to save and is VERY frustrating!!!!! HELP PLEASE what am I doing wrong?

Is it just that one mine (you've successfully disabled others?)?
In any case, I never had trouble with them in the XBox/PS2 versions. Just make sure you're right next to it before you try to disable it (I've been blown up while sliding over to a mine LoL), and that the light's green. ------- "Tonight's forecast...dark." |

Yeah the light on the mine has to be green when you disarm it. If it's red, mine go "BOOM" lol. Just tap the action button/key as soon as it turns green. Don't worry that it changes to red when Sam's animation to disarm the mine is going on .. as long as you hit the button while it's green, you'll be fine.

I dont remember the details exactly of that scene but, i think theres more than one lazer triggered mine....im not sure
