As to hacking, you simply have to select any number that stops (in the 4 right columns) while keeping an eye on the left column of IP style numbers. Even if you don't have an opportunity to 'lock' all the numbers, you will be able to see which one on the left is correct. Once you see the correct one, use the up/down to select it and poof, door unlocked!

The code for that door is found on Enrica's computer in her 'lab'. If you don't want to go back through to get that, you can cheat and look at my 'locations' thread HERE for the keycode to the surveilance room.

To use the keycode you will have to select the 'key' entry icon from the 'action' menu, rather than the default 'hack' icon. While holding the action button down, scroll up to select the number entry rather than the hacking one.
