So you've actually seen the brains on the floor? Spoilers: Well if you have, you would have just come through a keypad locked door then through the room with the brains on the floor and into another room with a turret. Disable the turret and proceed through the door on the left that you'll need to lock pick open. Now in the next room with the mist you can proceed through this room however you like passing the two guards, i suggest the opening in the railing immediately on your left when you enter this room. So exit this room with the mist out through the opposite door which turns left into a narrow hall. Enter through the door on the left and now look right for a tallish cabinet that you can jump onto. Climb up and follow the crawlspace to the left and jump down. Talk the Francois and retrieve his phone. A timer will start. Head back up the shaft and you'll see 2 guards playing with 2 barrels and another looking over them. What you have to do is shoot the valve where all the steam is coming out below you and slightly to your right. You can do this straight away killing the guards or you can wait till there is under 5 seconds left so you don't kill them. From here turn left along the new crawlspace passage that was recently unpassable to extraction.

SPOILER If you use the opening on the misty walkway to shimmy past the guards, be sure to time your movements so that you don't get hit by the vents (it will kill you). An alternate is to use a diversion camera shot between them on the wall, then gas them!
