I'm standing in the boat! Why can't I be extracted? Lights are out. Guards killed. etc.

Other people had this happen?
Am I missing something?

PS2 by the way....

You may have missed one of the lights. If I recall there are 2 of them you have to shut down (on the Xbox version, I'm gonna assume it's the same for the PS2). If you don't see the Osprey flying in the distance when you're at the boat then you definitely missed one of the lights. If it is there and you can't trigger the extraction after walking around in the boat, it may just be a glitch in which you can try restarting from your last save point.

Def got both lights. And I've walked all over that darn boat. Even jumped in the water (as expected, ended mission....).
Guess I'll go back to last save.

Did you climb the towers and turn off the lights or did you just shoot them both out? I don't think you can even get to this part until after you talked to Ingrid so that should be your only remaining task before extraction.
