The alarm is because you did not hide a body well enough. Make sure you put them in dark corners. Did you find the balcony in the courtyard where you see a window opening? Climb up on the rail and jump to grab a ledge behind you and shimmy over to the window.

I don't think switching the lights off always work. Try finding areas that are dark no matter what.

That alarm you described is definitely the 'body' alarm. Don't forget to check the limo driver you interrogated & any guards you took out down in the parking garage as well. Make sure those bodies are in dark places too. -------------------------------- "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.

The game looks for bodies when you hit certain points in the game and this is one of them. It does not matter if everybody is KOd or dead or all the lights are turned out- if they are not in a dark corner, you will trip the alarm. If somebody could trip over them or stumble across them, it counts it.

There are other bodies you left in the open since shimmying across that pipe. That spot you're getting hit with an alarm at is another 'trigger' point in the level. Make sure any bodies in the kitchen, dining area, and big room w/all the staircases are hidden in dark places. -------------------------------- "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.

If the alarm is going off when you open the door... guess what - that's another 'body check' point! Could be a bodie not hidden, again... (you've probably already passed it by now, but no one had answered, so I did). ................... Official member of SCAA............. (Splinter Cell Addicts Anonymous)

It's easier to actually just sneak right by them. After the guard spits in the soup or whatever and leaves, you can stay along the right side and crouch walk slowly to the door, open it, and go through, and the cooks never see you. That's 2 less bodies to jack with Damn I haven't played the original in some time. Thinking about this mission's giving me that itch to give it a go
