We are playing co-op in Splinter Cell chaos theory. We have killed everyone in the train station. We havent done anything else. Where do we go next?

I responded to your other post HERE, and would suggest you go check it out and answer my query so that I can know enough to help you out.

There are many 'sections/levels' to the Train Station, so saying that you have 'killed everyone' is misleading. You need to be precise in your description of what you've done and where you are located, for instance:

You start in the sewer tunnel, 2 terrorists there. Two possible paths, but usually go to the end of the tunnel and climb the scaffold into what I call the 'repair' section, 4 terrorists and 1 auto-turret. Through the door near the turret, 2 terrorists and a dual laser bomb to defuse then boost/ladder to the next section. The 'generator' area, 4 terrorists (3?) and another laser bomb. Next area, train loading, 3 terrorists and laser bomb. Up the stairs, one patrolling, one stationary terrorist and one in a guard booth. Past the guard booth into the train terminal area where you bug the phone and follow Chu (Cho?) to the locker room and get the antidote. Through the double doors, 3 terrorists, 1 stationary, 1 patrolling, 1 dying from virus in bathroom. Boost/ladder into vent and down into escalator/viewing area with 3 terrorists and your final goal - end of mission...
