on the second part of embassy 1 the 2 people just after 1st they keep pressing the alarm can you help

I think I can help, you have to hide behind the bushes, go past them, and them hit L and watch the gaurd untill he turns his back, knock him out and then climb up the wall.

I cannot figure out how you do the puzzle for the computer right before you send the information it don't make any sense
