How do you decrypt the puzzle ( blocks with 001:010:011 etc) to decrypt Massouds e-mail.have tried many combinations, obviously not enough, but if I can't then this game becomes a frisby!!!!!!!!....and thats that. please can somebody help???????

It's a Sudoku puzzle where each segment must have a unique number different than any number in the row or column that it occupies.

I always wondered about that. I never would have figued that out since I'm no good at Saduko. lol
