But yes, Turtle was a convict pulled in to help with the mission because of his expertise with that particular type of safe and the "Telemetric Lock Pick".
I'm playing Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, and I am stuck in a position, in the"MCAS Banco De Panama" Mission where I'm currently standing in the balcony of the 2nd Floor, where I have killed a security guard. There Is a Crawl space. I have entered there but it is leading me to the same place, where I have gone before(two security guard in aglass room).Could You please help me , how to finish this mission? If you have found and activated the three authorization codes (Security Office- the "glass room", President's Office (same floor) and Treasurer's Office- ground floor), you need to head down to the first floor and find the vault.
