It's the mission: Sea of Okhotsk.
As there is already a zodiac down, the winch doesn't work and I can't get up on the supertanker. So I'm pretty much stuck there.
Is this a glitch?
Restarting the mission will it be different?

I restarted the mission. I thought reading emails wasn't that important, but it probably is, because this time the winch worked.

I never had that happen, but glad you figured it out.

However, if the Zodiac was already down and in the water, all you would have to do is get on it and then hit the winch switch to lift it back up? You probably tried that but I wasn't sure if you meant that it was just already lowered or was lowered AND released from the lift.

Yes I tried that in all possible ways. The winch just never showed the switch.
This second time I watched the zodiac being lowered into the water and was afraid the same thing would happen again. Luckily it didn't.
