I have managed to accomplish all that has been asked, but cannot open the door at the back of the compound, the lock is jammed. How do I get out ?

Did leave his office and go left, hit the switch to turn off the 'shocker', then left again to get to the door where you run into a bit of trouble? Or did you try going right and through the hallway (you can't go that way)?

If you followed the correct path it would indicate that you haven't completed an objective required as yet. Check your opsat for the objectives list, the only one that should be left is to exfiltrate (get the heck outta Dodge).

I'm not sure what you've missed, but somewhere along the line an objective was bypassed or the game has glitched on you - but it's more likely a missed objective.
