I finally got sp1 for a deal at best buy(I know,Why didnt i have it already?) and i'm stuck on the level where you have to cross the minefield to rescue the American soldiers. I get across and kill all the guards easy, but then i'm stuck in the field. HELP!!!!!!!

You have to jump over a platform on the right of the field.

There are numerous ways to cross that minefield. I never kill the guards. Once you find a path that works for you, it's pretty easy going. I usually start to the left of the entrance to the minefield and sort of keep to the left all the way round. Try to memorize where the mines are and synchronize your movements with the searchlights. Good luck buddy! I won't spoil anything, but there will be bigger challenges ahead of you in that mission...

Just use your thermal vision.

I notice you said you made it across. Good. Now climb on one of the dumpsters in the corner. You are going to have to do a running double jump to be able to get to the ledge above you. Push up your speed and then hit jump and while in the air hit jump again. If it works, you kick off the wall and go higher. It is not easy and will probably take several attempts.
