Once you enter the lower deck and have gotten past the 3 crew members (one on the first level, 2 on the next) you have to get to the captain who is holding a flare. There are two paths to reach him, through the fan room below and swim up under his area or find some stairs and go through a side door down a ramp to get to the walkway area he is on. Use your OPSAT 3D map to see where they are located. My preference is the ramp where I stop near the bottom and watch the captains movement. He makes two rounds, first once to the left then right, and back to the left. The second time he heads left, move quickly to follow him and slow just before he stops on the other side of the center hub where you can safely grab him without having the flare fall into the fuel and blowing you up! Once you have killed/ko'ed the captain, find the ladder which is to the left if you follow the walkway the same direction you were going and climb it all the way to the landing pad. Wait for the chopper and grab the rope when it appears... end of mission.
