anyone know where i can get the music from the rime age from realmyst since realmyst doesn't have a soundtrack?

The only way to get the music out of realMYST is to extract it from the game files themselves... and pretty much the only way to do that is with a fan-developed app called Riveal. There's notes on the page as to what files you're looking for .
