Please what is the difference between Alt F5 and Save as. in the 10th anv. ed.

According to the instructions that came with my 10th Anniversary Edition there are individual game manuals as .PDF files on each disc.

Other than that I can't begin to guess at the differences.

OOps I was reading Alt. S as alt 5. And then I was nameing new files which went by default to my documents folder. The PDF file didn't say but is putting the save doc in the UBI file the right action?
