Hello. I appologise if there is an open thread for discussing this problem but I could not find one.

I am running:
Windows XP Sp2
Intel Pentium M
256mb RAM
Radeon Mobility graphics card

I have installed Myst 95 and it plays fine, but there are no animations. It's extremely frustrating and makes some parts of the game incompletable. I am already running it in compatibilty mode. Help appreciated Smile

I beleive it either has something to do with myst not recognising my version of quicktime, because I've been able to play all the animations off the disk seperatly.

Sounds like a QuickTime problem. Take a look at the last post in no sound from the imager or books.

Thanks Heimdall,

You are right... I (accidentally) managed to fix the problem (hip, hip!):
1) uninstall recent QT
2) install QT2 from Myst-cd
3) install myst
4) run myst in 'compatible' mode

If you try to install myst first and then QT2 from the myst-cd, you get the problem mentioned above!
