hi all i'm new here,i'm a modder for mostly unreal based games and will be untill the SDK comes out.
i do have a little mini mod though if anyone wants it http://www.myfilelink.co.uk/file.aspx?id=2141bf59fc064cc0843e87ed7e9a305c how to use,if your running this from steam unrar to you C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\(username)\dark messiah might and magic single player folder if your running it from a short cut then C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Dark Messiah of Might and Magic personally i use both IMPORTANT,IT WILL OVERWRITE YOUR CONFIG FILE,so if you have any spacific bindings ect back it up first heres what each key does F1=enables cheats F2=changes it from dark to light (better than using the eye magic) F3=makes you invisable to enemys (but will still need to sneak up on them as they here your footsteps) F4=adds 10 skill points on each press (needed to use the weapons) F5=creates a goblin were your looking at} good for creating a destraction or just for having fun Very Happy F6=creates an orc were your looking at} F9=gives you dragonclaw bow,staff and sword but when you get xana's powers still lets you use them b and n gives you bullet time,but without the stupid blurscreen effect so all in all what this mod does is give you the weapons which you can use from the start and let you use xana's powers when you get them too. at mo i'm trying to modify the kick as ive seen it requested a couple of times around the forum This message has been edited. Seems more like a config file then a mod? We had quite a few of these here starting with the Demo but i'm not sure there was a thread like this for the full game. Maybe you should update the thread title so more people would know what to look for from this thread

sorry about that,it is a mixture of qct and cfg why i called it mini mod,i have manadged to get a extreamly more powerfull kick,but only to large movable inanimate objects (large rocks,boulders ect) but when kicked into an orc or a goblin makes a great splattered effect,but because of anims it doesn't do much when kicking a npc,ive added a bit more power to the dragonclaw sord allso so with one power swipe it can sever limbs (i wanted a more gore effect,instead ended up with a over powered sword) one thing that is bugging me is the spells.txt,it seems that no matter what i edit in here it does not change any spells. i'm thinking that there is something else that needs to be edited in order for them to work,yet i can't seem to find it |

Why the hell did you make it overwrite the cfg file? Why not just make it another file, that we can execute when we want?
