On 13-FEB-09 (Turn 71), I fought and won 5 straight times in Chattanooga. The third battle, the enemy dashboarded/aborted, but the battle lasted longer than 3 minutes.

That battle was counted as a win in my leaderboards tracker and on the territory tracker, but as a loss in my TOW Barracks tally! 2 of my units were promoted, I received more CR than my enemy, and as far as I see it, I've won 5 times in a row on a given territory, without turning off my X-Box.

I demand to be awarded the Spearhead achievement!

You need to get a hold of yourself. These players, all of us, purchased a game, a game that is required to have a certain amount of achievements and trophies available. It is a part of the purchase. And it is broken for many players.

Yes I'm sure it is a bug and could do with fixing. My point was that saying "I demand" is a great way to get your point ignored.

The new maps and achievements were an extra $10 also. If you split that DLC pack into its three components, maps, upgrades and achievements, then the new achievements themselves would be over $3.00.
