Tried to change my resolution, and now my refresh rate is "out of range" and I can't change anything back, even after re-installing...
Please help.

I fixed it. I used Rivatuner's refresh override function to keep my refresh at 60hrz. Started the game to find that I had messed up anyways. I had somehow pushed it to 1600x1200 which my lcd won't do. Doh!

It looks like the uninstall isn't deleting the .ini files for EndWar. Try finding the directory you installed the game in manually and deleting it yourself to make sure that the old .ini files are deleted.
