Looks like another double-XP weekend down the drain, especially since we rarely get these problems resolved over the weekend. *sigh*

Is there any chance at all that the same folks who plan to bilk the public with Endwar 2 will be able to get the servers working again before Monday? Even the slimmest chance that anyone will even acknowledge the problem, either before or after the problem is fixed?

I'm not confident that anyone at Ubisoft is actively monitoring these servers, or even monitoring these boards for problem reports on a more-than-casual basis. Please prove me wrong.

I just opened what appears to be the ONLY trouble ticket for this current outtage with Ubisoft technical support. Complaining about it on the forums does little good; if you folks want the problems fixed, you need to call tech support and open an incident.

If a sufficient number of people open tickets, Ubisoft might actually make some vague effort to contact someone in Shanghai before Monday. Unless more people complain in the proper fashion, they won't even escalate the issue.

The phone number for Ubisoft technical support is (919)460-9778. Make sure to press zero at the main menu to talk to a support technician who can open a trouble ticket.

Ubisoft promised that they would monitor these servers. Let's hold them to that, and insist that they fix these things in a *timely manner* when they go down.

If things like this are constantly a problem I don't see myself getting EndWar 2. They can say all they want about how it's gonna be better than the first with less problems, I don't believe a word of that when they've said over and over again almost a year ago that these exact same problems would have been fixed. So how am I supposed to believe that if I spend another sixty bucks that these problems are gonna disappear and Ubi's gonna actually be loyal to the cause and not tell us that they're cutting tech support for a game that was supposed to be revolutionary.

From what I hear...pretty much ALL the problems from the beta are still in the full game, so basically I paid sixty bucks for a "pimp my ride" version of a beta(new body with the same ol' brokeass engine). And now they say they're making a sequel and expect sixty more bucks when I'm still not convinced they're giving this game the attention it desperately needs?

Forget Endwar2 until I know for sure they're not gonna **** it up like this one (and this is coming from someone who is a diehard fan of this game, check the gamerscore). At this point there's three other games that top my anticipation list over the new EndWar:
-Modern Warfare 2
-Conviction
-Alien vs Predator

Ubisoft...prove to us you're not gonna abandon an otherwise exceptional game before I spend more money on a game that I bet you won't give two ****s about after a couple of updates.

yea they neva bother with any game inless large amount of people complain about it to tech support. but u can't get hold of them till monday
